Comments: The Nemesis class is the standard Imperial Navy patrol frigate. Several Nemesis Class vessels will be present at even the smallest Imperial base. This class is also carries the Nike Class corvette for long range transportation and a wide variety of customs, navel inspection and patrol missions. Most larger Imperial navel bases have at least one squadron of Nemesis Class frigates on-station for local security and customs patrols, along with the associated Nike Class corvettes.
Deck 1
Bridge: The bridge contains controls and displays for navigating the ship, a reasonable communications suite, weapons officer displays, engineering repeater displays, and the captain's command seat.
Officer's Wardroom: Immediately aft of the bridge, the wardroom contains two large tables for the officer's mess, an adjacent galley, and controls for the interior/exterior views. The wardroom also doubles as the officer recreation area and contains a library, large screen viewer, and other recreation items.
Officer's Quarters: Aft of the officers wardroom is the officers quarters. The captain has his working office as well as his stateroom. Single occupancy is the standard, although double occupancy can be implemented for limited periods of time.
Ship's Computer: The main computer room is located off the wardroom. This room is restricted to authorized personnel.
Repulsor Bay: The ship's only repulsor bay is located in the aft portion of this deck.
Nuclear Damper: The ship's nuclear damper is located amidships of this deck.
Air Locks: There are five airlocks on this deck, two on each side amidships and one aft of the main computer room. The amidships locks are designed for the attached two Nike class Corvettes. The single airlock is for EVA.
The idea for this ship came from Compton's Starship Compendium, a resource for the game Space Opera. The conversion to Traveller was done by me and includes the Traveller statistics and deck plans for this ship.
