Comments: The Shianzpla is an obsolete Zhodani battleship that has been kept in service because of it's Jump-4 capability, which very few Zhodani ships have. The Consulate is refitting its remaining vessels of this class with an improved spinal mount, better electronics and screens, although none of these improved vessels have been recommissioned yet. The Shianzpla class is unsuited to fleet operations due to it's low acceleration. It is usually deployed in specialized "deep raid" missions, when its comparably high jump capability is called for.

This ship was created by Daniel Ward and is based on the information presented in Power Projection: Fleet by Dominic Mooney.
